Senior Infants and First Class dyeing activities

Senior Infants and First class made lovely patterns on material.

First they had to cover up in case any dye got on their school uniforms. Then they ‘dabbed’ pink dye on the material.

Then they tied elastic bands around the material to make lovely patterns
The material with the elastic bands were put in the washing machine with some purple dye and then dried on the washing line.
