Maths Week Ireland

Maths Week Ireland took place from October 10th – 18th. Maths Week celebrates a positive image of maths all over Ireland for this week. In 2014, over 205,000 students participated in Maths Week Ireland activities.
As part of Maths Week, we took part in Mangahigh Challenges. Our school finished in 23rd place overall – in all of Ireland. This was a major achievement, so well done to all the boys and girls who worked so hard all week on the challenges.
We won an incredible 11 Medals! One hundred points had to be won in order to win a medal.
